IMI engages internal stakeholders in the process of cultivating its corporate culture and developing the company to actively support the growth and education of its employees.
We are working with the National Maritime Academy (NMA) on a two-year apprenticeship program featuring a number of industrial disciplines such as welding, electrical work, fabrication and craftsmanship. The NMA has accommodated 1,426 Saudi apprentices to date, providing a platform for young talent to forge the future of the Kingdom’s energy sector.
